Nacho ensures that your surf experience in Cozumel is as radical as it can be! Despite being a relatively small island, there are many different “breaks,” and having surfed all of them for the better part of two decades, Nacho ensures each surf trip is customized to the abilities of a particular group.

While surfing year after year, Nacho has also been a longtime Cozumel lifeguard, and, in turn, he has taught children as young as 5 to respect the ocean and to learn surfing in a safe and easy manner. He and his crew all hold valid marine park cards, as well as CPR and first aid certifications.

TWO-PERSON LESSON
A two‐person lesson is great for friends or couples who want to get more practice in surfing, or who want to learn to surf for the first time. Lesson includes: 30‐60 minutes instruction and safety briefing and two 60 minute surf sessions with 1‐2 instructors. During the break we will have drinks and snacks.
LARGE GROUP LESSON
A large group lesson can be any amount of people up to 10 and can consist of any
assortment of people. We have plenty of capable instructors to teach, so rest assured
everyone will catch a wave during their first lesson. Lesson includes: 30-60 minutes
instruction and safety briefing and two 60 minute surf sessions with 4-6

COST: $120 USD per person
If you feel like you instructors were exceptional, feel free to tip them for their work. Like other sporting services on the island, surfing – and teaching – can be hard work, and a little extra incentive rewards instructors for thorough and diligent attention to your surfing experience.
